Join us for the opening reception of works by Nate Galbraith.
Since his birth in the early 90's, Sketchnate looked at the world and decided it needed more things in it that mirrored himself. Nate was rejected from every art school he applied to since highschool, but he continued to create things because he knew that not only was school a bunch of horseshit, but the internet and his fellow artists had far more information that he could use.
Nate's art style is a mix of pop art and anti-art - a sort of collision of the 2 worlds he sees around him. He writes about a life spent rejected and hopes that he can inspire other rejects to flip the world off and continue being themselves despite the difficulty it poses.
